The entrance ticket to the Pinacoteca includes access to the exhibition "Guercino, a new look. Works from Forlì and other hidden places" in the Church of San Lorenzo.
Tickets can be purchased at both locations.

Free admissions

• Only small dogs are allowed, which must be kept on a leash, in the arms or in a special carrier, and guide dogs or service dogs;

• You cannot enter the museum with food and drinks;

• It is mandatory to leave bags, backpacks and bulky objects (scooters, umbrellas, etc.) in the appropriate lockers or in the custody of the staff;

• Smoking is prohibited, including electronic cigarettes;

• Phones should be kept on silent;

• It is permitted to take photographs for personal use, but without using flash;

• Out of respect for everyone, we ask you to speak in lower tones of voice;

• The use of stairlift platforms is permitted for people with mobility difficulties and under the supervision of an employee;

• Children must be strictly supervised by their parents or guardians;

• It is not permitted to touch the artworks and objects on display.
